Hublot meets the 'king of cigars'

Hublot celebrates 20 years of the most sought-after cigar, the Fuente Opus X. The partnership between the Nyon-based manufacturer and cigar maker Arturo Fuente began in 2012, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Fuente company. The three new dedicated watches, the Classic Fusion 45 mm Fuente 20th Anniversary Special Edition, will be produced in limited editions of 20 each. The first watch features a 45 mm case in satin-black ceramic. The blue dial is decorated with the famous X that adorns the rings of the legendary puro, doubled for the occasion to become the figure 20 in Roman numerals. It is surmounted by rose gold-plated hands and hour markers and the inscription "20 Years" positioned at 6 o'clock. The back is engraved with the exclusive image of the Fuente family, with the inscription Chateau de la Fuente, Fuente Fuente Opus X 20 Years, as well as the model's limited edition serial number. The strap is made of black alligator sewn onto rubber.
The second version is made of brushed titanium. The case and bezel are finely chiselled with engravings reproducing motifs of tobacco leaves intertwined to form the letter X. The engravings on the back are partially lacquered blue. The grey alligator strap with folding clasp has blue stitching and is also sewn onto rubber.
The third version is in King Gold, the precious gold-platinum alloy developed by Hublot. It features the same engravings and motifs as the titanium model, with the addition of a brown strap.
All three editions are powered by the automatic HUB1112 calibre, with a 42-hour power reserve. They are delivered in a case that serves as a humidor, a cigar cellar specially designed by Hublot to regulate humidity and allow the modules to be stored properly.
