The link between Oris and the world of aviation has led to the creation of the new Swiss Hunter Team Limited Edition: the Swiss Maison thus pays tribute to the legendary Hawker Hunter jet, the exceptional aircraft that enjoyed enormous success from its first flight in the United Kingdom in 1951, becoming the key element of the Swiss Air Force seven years later. Although no longer in service, the Hunter continues to fly thanks to the Swiss Hunter Team of the 'Fliegermuseum Altenrhein' (Altenrhein Aviation Museum), a group of former military pilots for whom the Hunter played an important role.
