The Swiss watchmaker is known for producing watches with a sporty flair and, in particular, professional divers. Prominent among these is the Carl Brashear Limited Edition, dedicated to the American diver of the same name, the first African-American to qualify for the coveted role in the U.S. Navy. This year sees the return of the ProDiver Chronograph, updated and modified in design. First introduced in 2009, Oris worked on the development of this updated version in consultation with professional diver Roman Frischknecht. The ProDiver Chronograph, which is water resistant to an impressive 1,000 metres, has a 51 mm titanium case and is equipped with the patented Oris Rotating Safety System, which locks the bezel in position once activated. It has an automatic helium valve and an automatic mechanical movement, Oris calibre 774. Price: 4,200 euros.
