Corum is known for placing particular emphasis on the design of its models. And this new revival of the Romulus (a model made in 1966 and characterised by the display of the hours on the bezel) in a chronograph version is no different. So it makes a comeback in a large 44-millimetre steel case that perfectly complements the famous bezel with its characteristic "wave" profile and engraved Roman numerals. The interplay of polished and satin-finished alternations on the bezel, chronograph pushers and lugs is very beautiful. The dial is available in black or white, with vertical guilloché decoration, applied hour markers, minute indication on the flange, luminescent hour and minute hands, date window framed by an applied fillet at 6 o'clock, seconds and minute counters at 3 and 9 o'clock respectively. The movement is the automatic CP-984 calibre, column-wheel and chronometer-certified by the COSC.
