Jaeger-LeCoultre's fifth Italian boutique

Jaeger-LeCoultre has chosen Florence for the opening of its new boutique. Just a few steps away from Ponte Vecchio, in Via Por Santa Maria 7R, it houses the Grande Maison's latest creations as well as a service centre, available for servicing watches and providing technical assistance to enthusiasts. With the opening of the fifth Italian boutique after Milan, Venice and Rome, and following the most recent inaugurations in London, Geneva and New York, there are now 75 reference points for lovers of haute horlogerie. The inauguration, which took place yesterday, was celebrated with an exclusive evening attended by well-known faces from the world of show business, such as Cristiana Capotondi, Stefano Accorsi, Silvio Soldini, Giuseppe Battiston and Giorgio Albertazzi. Albertazzi himself, on the occasion of the celebration of the 750th anniversary of the birth of Dante Alighieri, and as a tribute to the 2015 Astral Collection of JLC, entertained the audience present with a performance dedicated to Dante, Florence and the Stars. During the evening, in the evocative atmosphere of the Serre Torrigiani, a gala dinner was also held, created by the two-Michelin-starred chef Gian Piero Vivalda, of the Antica Corona Reale Restaurant in Cervere (CN).
