Eddie Redmayne, one of the most talented young actors, is the new Omega ambassador. In 2013, he won a Tony Award for Best Actor for his performance in 'Red', followed by roles in 'Les Miserables' and 'Marilyn'. He achieved international fame in 2014 with his portrayal of Stephen Hawking in the biographical film "The Theory of Everything", for which he won an Oscar, BAFTA, Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award for Best Actor. He reunited with director Tom Hopper for his next role in 'The Danish Girl'. "I have been wearing Omega for several years," said Eddie, "and to become a global ambassador is very exciting. To work with a brand whose credentials include being the only watch certified by NASA and the official timekeeper of the Olympic Games is an honour.
