With the new Portofino Midsize collection, IWC "resizes" one of its celebrated watch lines with a smaller diameter. The Portofino Midsize Automatic Moon Phase and the Portofino Midsize Automatic Day & Night have a 37-millimetre case and are available in seven different versions. The company also offers ten versions of the Portofino Midsize Automatic 37 millimetres with or without a diamond-set bezel and three versions of the Portofino Automatic with a 40-millimetre case set with precious stones complete the new range.
For the launch of the Portofino Midsize collection, renowned photographer Peter Lindbergh took a series of exclusive images featuring celebrities such as Cate Blanchett, Emily Blunt, Zhou Xun, Ewan McGregor and Christoph Waltz, as well as models Adriana Lima and Karolina Kurkova in the picturesque Italian town of Portofino. The collection of photographs will be featured in a travelling exhibition entitled 'Timeless Portofino'. Stops of the exhibition will be the Zurich Film Festival, Watches & Wonders in Hong Kong, the London Film Festival, Art Basel in Miami and an exclusive occasion in Dubai.
